In Our website our goal is to make the Society wise enough to face their day to day health problems and become fit to enjoy and live the life happily, this is achieved with a very positive mindset and doing agile and sporty exercises keeping your body and mind fit throughout the life this may be achieved by keeping good habits waking up early in the morning doing some sort of exercises, yoga and meditation that helps a lot in building your personality and a healthy body. Moreover one should not take any illnesses lightly to wait until it gets worsened instead he should go to the concerned expert doctors .
This concept of health awareness also deals with each and every sense of behaviour physical and mental status including their age wise illnesses and fitness exercises for every age group with extra care for the seniors with their disabilities and their physical limitations so that, that will help in longevity of their living comfortable life.

Dr. Vijay Degaonkar is a very senior Orthopedic surgeon in Solapur, (Maharashtra state), Practicing since last 37 Yrs. He had met with thousands of different qualities of patients Rich, Middle class and Poor.
One common thing he noticed in those patients is a lack of attention and seriousness of the treatment for example they do not follow the instructions given by the doctor, no proper dosage, no follow ups for their own illness. Money is not the criteria but no discipline and attention on the health part, unhealthiness ,keeping wounds open(dirty), applying house hold dirty cotton on the wounds etc.
The main important thing is they do not follow the medical advices but the are always carried away and follow other quacks and relatives advises and ruin their valuable time, money and health.
Observing all these things Dr. Vijay Degaonkar decided to make Social Media Platform in the form of providing the knowledge for the the health and awareness to people of different Age groups in order to keep the society healthy and safe. M.S. Ortho. D. Ortho. Rehabilitationist, Graded "A" in the course from All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Centre Haji Alli Park, Mumbai. He is very experienced Ortho Surgeon practicing Since 1987 who taught many enthusiasts in exercises of all age Groups and He is still doing the same with his trainer in the gym. He had been to Germany in 2003 in Frankfurt am-mine for total knee and total hip Surgery in UNI CLINIC Orthopedic Department under the guidance of MD. Ghrishin and MD. Stifan Rehart. He has done his Joint Replacement Surgery course He is an expert in advising Seniors for their fitness exercises individually with their problems.
